Rich has been with Local 714 as a steward for seven and half years,  4 years as the Executive Board Member for New Britian and Middletown, and nowserving in his second year as Membership Coordinator and was recently elected as Secretary for Local 714. Previous experince as an Representative of AUPE Local 6 in his home province of Alberta and CUPE Local 2137 in Toronto, Canada.
